[0:00] Hello, this is Sky. I'll be here with you until sleep. You don't need to listen closely. You can drift off whenever you like. There's nothing to get right tonight. For now, just let yourself be held by the sound of my voice. Let's begin.

[0:46] If this podcast has been keeping you company at night and you'd like to support me directly, membership is a beautiful way to do that. It includes ad-free listening and exclusive sleep stories. And it helps me continue sharing these calm little spaces with you. The link is in the description. As you arrive here tonight, there's no need to hurry. The day has already happened, whatever was done, and whatever wasn't done can rest where it is for now, perhaps there are still thoughts moving.

[2:09] Little pieces of the day, trying to keep your attention.

[2:21] Conversations replaying things to remember things to decide, you don't need to push them away, and you don't need to follow them either.

[2:51] You might imagine them gathering together somewhere nearby. Not gone. Just not quite so close. There will be time for all of that later. And perhaps, as those things wait over there, you can begin to notice that there is more room here. More room inside this moment. More room around, yourself.

[4:00] The body often knows something about arriving before the mind does. Without needing any instructions. Without needing any effort. It may already be beginning to recognize, that this part of the day is different. The busy part, has ended.

[4:57] The night is beginning. And you don't need to make that happen. You can simply let yourself be here just as you are. Nothing to improve. Nothing to solve. Nothing to understand. Only this small piece of time. And the quiet company of my voice. Together, we can gently move into tonight's story.

[6:07] This night, I'd like to guide you through some observations that I've made today. It is summertime in the Northern Hemisphere, and I'm going to let you know, what I observe in this little tiny part of the world, in a small little garden, the jasmines are blooming, Many different types of jasmines are blooming here.

[7:05] The fragrance gently wafting on the breeze, and the foliage, growing wild and tall, with much vigor, Reaching for the sun. The jasmine that I'm looking at now, has five petals on the flowers, that come out of the center, in a spiral shape. The petals, which are all joined in the middle, have a tiny yellow sun, with very delicate pollen.

[8:19] The petals curl, toward the back. And the new blossoms, that haven't opened yet, are wound into a very tight spiral. On the open flowers, the sepals, which are green, curl at the very bottom of the flower. And I can see teeny tiny babies, tiny little green flowers just emerging, a lime green color. And as they grow bigger, the spiral gets larger and larger, and begins to turn white, until they get much bigger when they're about to open.

[9:46] Into a five petaled wheel, with the little sepals at the base that curl under. And as the flower stays open, the sepal curls grow bigger. As I lean in to smell them, I notice a very, delicate, beautiful aroma. It's very intoxicating. And there's something so lovely and calming, about the fragrance of this jasmine. I've smelled a few varieties of jasmine before, and I particularly appreciate the night-blooming jasmines as there's something.

About the Podcast

With You Until Sleep
A gentle sleep companion. Rambling stories, quiet presence.
If your mind comes alive at night…
If your body feels tired but wired…
If you long for quiet, steady company as you fall asleep…
You’re in the right place.

This is a slow, steady sleep podcast designed to support your nervous system in softening at the end of the day.

Each episode blends:
• Gentle guided body relaxation
• Companioning for racing thoughts
• Slow storytelling rooted in nature
• Calm, ASMR-style voice pacing
• Spacious pauses that allow you to drift

There is no pressure to fall asleep.
No breath control to follow.
No affirmations to repeat.
Just grounded presence.
Just steady companionship.
Just permission to rest.

All episodes are written and read by me, Sky — a real human, a Focusing practitioner and somatic guide. For many years I’ve worked with people who feel deeply, who carry a lot, and who often find the night the hardest time of all.

These recordings are shaped by that work — and by a simple understanding: sometimes what helps most is knowing someone is there.

You can drift at any point.

Nothing needs resolving tonight.

Sky is a Focusing practitioner and somatic guide with years of experience supporting people who feel deeply and carry a great deal internally.
Much of her work centres around emotional safety and nervous system awareness — especially for those who appear capable and strong on the outside but feel overwhelmed beneath the surface.
With You Until Sleep grew from that work.
Again and again, Sky noticed that what helped most was not fixing, analysing or pushing for change — but steady presence. A regulated voice. A sense that someone was there.
Each episode is written and read by Sky, shaped by her understanding of how the nervous system unwinds when it feels safe, unhurried and unpressured.
Her style is slow, contained and grounded in nature — offering rest without demand.
She believes rest is not something to achieve, but something we soften into.
